Nico was very helpful. He made the purchase very easy . He us a very busy man. I just wish they would have ran the bike a little or explained that the bike would need to be broke in carburetor wise has issues keeping it running. And wasn't explained the key position . But if I do buy another bike like this I will go back to see him. (Employee: Nico Montoya)

I have bought new and used dirt bikes, and a used ATV from them. I have used their mechanics for rebuilds, suspension setups, and maintenance. This is my preferred motorcycle shop (and I've tried all the others over the years). They know their stuff (from riding tips, to motorcycles, and repairs, to parts). I highly recommend this place! Lady at the parts counter is awesome. They dont just sell parts, they provide excellent service. Without asking she provided me with fluid capacities and torque specs for my project. Well worth the drive from Santa Fe.

I recently bought a motorcycle from a co-worker and have been using Bobby J's for parts to get the bike running. Everytime I call I get answers and great customer service. They will hold the parts at the counter so my time in the facility is fast and very easy. The staff is always welcoming and have great knowledge and understanding of what is needed. I will continue to use Bobby J's for future purchases and inquiries.

I contacted Keith by email initially to ask questions about the SxS and he responded quickly and professionally. He got the ZFORCE 800 assembled so I could come try it out the next day and then offered to get the 500 assembled in case I really wanted to try out both of them. After talking with Keith, Bryan L. and Nico, I was pretty confident of my decision to get the 800 EX. These guys know what they are talking about and don't pressure you into anything. The longest part of the process was me making a decision! Keith had the paperwork done in no time (I wish auto dealers were anything at all like this) and had me finished up. I feel more like a friend in the sport and less like another customer than any of the places I was looking at for my SxS purchase. I will definitely go back. (Employee: Keith Johnson)
