I contacted Bobby Js over the internet. Within one day Hunter called me. Told him what I was interested in and told him Id be in within couple weeks. He gave me all his info and told me contact him with any questions. I was happy that he didnt keep bugging me like other places. I finally went in and looked at machine I wanted. Once again, told him Id be in in a couple weeks with my wife. Once again, no pressure from him or anyone else. After about a week we went in and purchased the CF moto 600. This was one of the best experiences weve ever had purchasing something. The staff made us feel comfortable and were very professional. We were given a 250$ store credit upon buying machine. We got ramps, and all oil change stuff for first service. I highly recommend Hunter and Mr Lowery. They made this purchase awesome. I was looking for a 1 or 2 cylinder bike to replace my KZ1000 shaft as the tug for my sidecar rig. I went to look at the Triumph Thunderbird and Nico Montoya walked over to see if he could be of help. We chatted a while but I couldn't buy a bike with too many miles for too many dollars. The price would have been better for a low mileage model or a considerably lower price for that price for that amount of miles. I had bought a couple of new bikes at Bobby J's back in the 80s, an RZ 350LC and an SRX 600 and was always pleased with the service and customer relations at the shop.

I've worked in retail for almost twenty years, and I have to say, Manny's customer service was exceptional. Over the two days I spoke to him, he made honest, customer oriented suggestions about my choices in Motorcycles, facilitated a test ride for me prior to my arrival on the second day, and found a passionate subject to converse with me about while I had trouble pulling up my insurance info. Is not looking like I will be purchasing the motorcycle he reccomended, and I'm genuinely sad about that, because of all the salesman I've dealt with during this purchase period. He's the one that deserves the commission. I was never pressured, I was never bullied, and he was informative and honest. It read like talking to a buddy rather than a salesman. That's a rare skill. He mentioned he was part time, and I'm not sure if that's by choice, but my recommendation is to put him on full time if you can. He's an asset. o7 (Employee: Manuel Garcia)

I purchased a Yamaha Viking from Bobby J's in January. Keith and the staff there are experts when it comes to the vehicles and accessories, and they patiently answered all of my dumb questions.
